This H.R. Giger-Inspired Plague Doctor Mask takes the unmistakable long-beaked silhouette of a traditional plague doctor mask and transforms it into something far more alien. Ribbed organic structures, skeletal contours, mechanical-looking recesses, and layered biomechanical details cover nearly every surface, creating a mask that feels less manufactured and more grown.

This is a physical, 3D-printed mask that has been fully assembled, hand-finished, and hand-painted by us at From The Dave Cave. The dark metallic finish and subtle highlights help bring out the sculpted ribs, tubing, recessed details, and mechanical-organic textures throughout the piece.

This particular mask was printed too small to comfortably fit most adult faces. Because of that, we recommend this specific piece primarily as a display mask or collectible rather than as a wearable costume piece.

Its elongated beak and dense biomechanical detailing make it an especially striking display piece from just about any angle.
